QUOTATIONS are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
CREDIT of 30 days apply to all invoices, unless otherwise stated or agreed (in writing).
DELIVERY is included in the quotation within a radius of 20 miles of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, unless otherwise stated. Special delivery arrangements can be made when placing the order. All deliveries will require signing as proof of delivery and acceptance of the products.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY. Although we will provide as much advice as possible, we
cannot be held responsible for the suitablity of a products use in an unknown
situation.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS can only be accepted up to 1wk before date of dispatch. A processing fee (up to 50% of order value) may be applied by EFG for order cancellation within this period.
12 MONTH GUARANTEE. EuroFire Guard guarantee at it's discretion to refund, replace or repair, free of charge, within 12 months of invoice date, any goods proven to be faulty by design or workmanship, provided that the goods have not been misused, modified, or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than the the supplier and provided that the goods have been stored, operated and maintained within the suppliers specified conditions.
